Amber Rush is the Director of People & Leadership Development at Growth Quest, where she equips leaders with the mindset, emotional intelligence, and practical skills needed to grow strong teams and resilient organizations. With more than 30 years of experience in the trades—including over 15 years in Human Resources—Amber’s leadership journey began in the 1990's and evolved through decades of hands-on learning, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to people.

A passionate advocate for women in the trades, Amber has dedicated her career to opening doors, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping individuals discover their voice and potential. She previously served six years on the PHCC Board of Directors, advancing from Director to President, and continues to invest in the future of leadership through training, mentorship, and ongoing study in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Amber believes she is simply an “average woman” who chose to keep moving forward—one step at a time—with mindset, hustle, reflection, and courage to change. Her mission is rooted in a simple truth: people are her why. She is deeply committed to empowering others to grow, lead boldly, and create meaningful impact in their communities and careers.
