Senior Vice President and Director of Sales

Bethany J. Curiel is a seasoned financial services executive with more than twenty-five years of experience leading high-performing sales teams and driving strategic growth. As a Senior Vice President and Director of Sales, she oversees a multi-state team of specialized consultants focused on delivering tailored working-capital solutions that leverage advanced technology and data-driven practices. She influences enterprise-wide initiatives by developing strategic plans, setting targets, and managing team performance to drive revenue growth. 

A graduate of San José State University, Bethany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and was a member of the Kappa Delta Panhellenic Sorority. She began her career in commercial banking in Silicon Valley and has since established a reputation as a transformational leader, recognized for fostering collaboration, inviting diverse perspectives, and driving impactful organizational change. Bethany is a longstanding member of the Association for Financial Professionals and currently studying for her CTP Certification.

She is a strong proponent of serving with heart and values the importance of community engagement. She most recently served on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering unhoused women and is currently serving a third term as secretary on her Homeowners Association board. She is also an engaged member of her daughter’s high school DEI Committee.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Bethany and her family are active in charitable and philanthropic programs, engage in the Elks Fraternal Lodge, and support their daughter’s academic and athletic programs. She enjoys reading, leisurely shopping and outdoor activities like exploring new cultures through domestic and international travel, with recent trips to Cuba, Mexico, and Jamaica.
