Lauren Fisher
CrossFit Games athlete
Lauren Fisher is a nine time CrossFit Games athlete whose career has spanned more than a decade at the highest level of the sport. First qualifying for the Games in 2012 at just 18 years old, Lauren quickly became one of the most recognizable names in CrossFit.
Throughout her career, Lauren faced significant injuries and setbacks, experiences that shaped her perspective far beyond competition. Those challenges helped spark the creation of Grown Strong, a brand and community built to empower women to pursue strength physically, mentally, and emotionally, and to redefine what strength can look like at every stage of life.
Now retired from elite competition and stepping into motherhood, Lauren has entered a new chapter focused on longevity, balance, and impact. While her days of chasing podiums are behind her, her passion for movement, leadership, and inspiring others remains stronger than ever. Through Grown Strong, global fitness retreats, and sharing her journey as a new mom, Lauren continues to show that strength evolves and that growth doesn’t stop when one chapter ends, it simply takes a new form.
