Senior Technical Project Manager
Christina Needles is an accomplished Project Management Professional with experience in successfully leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams at Blue Origin. She has fifteen years of aerospace experience specializing in creating product concepts, requirements, and identifying design artifacts relevant to product manufacture, in alignment with program technical and business goals. She is dedicated to world class quality, with the ability to consistently achieve, cost and schedule efficiency throughout the Avionics product lifecycle.
In her career, Needles has supported aerospace corporations ranging from managing advanced executive jet design and manufacture at Embraer Executive Jets for their Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 programs, spearheading avionics integration at Discovery Aviation on its light training aircraft programs and managing high-precision instrumentation and upper/lower stage rocket control systems for Blue Origin’s BE-3U Engine and New Glenn heavy-lift, reusable orbital rocket programs.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and Project Management Certification from University of South Charleston. .
