Technical Product Manager at Blue Origin

Claire Luce is a Technical Product Manager at Blue Origin, where she bridges the gap between propulsion engineers and software developers in the development of software and data tools supporting the company's engine programs. Claire earned her Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2021, following internships at Maxar Space Systems (now Lanteris) and NASA Ames Research Center. She joined Blue Origin through the New Graduate Rotation Program, working as a systems engineer on New Glenn, Orbital Reef, and BE-3PM before specializing as a propulsion engineer on the BE-3PM Flight Operations Team. She is BE-3PM Engineering Backroom Certified to sit on console during New Shepard launches. In Fall 2025, Claire completed her Master of Science in Space Operations from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide and transitioned to her Technical Product Manger role. She also earned her Private Pilot's License in 2023. Claire's passion for spaceflight began in middle school, inspired by amazing women ahead of her. She is now passionate about inspiring the next generation of strong female engineers.
