Director of Social Marketing, MONOPOLY GO! at Scopely

Grace Hoy (OLP Class of 2009) is the Director of Social Marketing for MONOPOLY GO! at Scopely, one of the leading video game companies in the world. Grace leads social media strategy and influencer marketing, overseeing creator campaigns and global social channels reaching more than 8.5 million followers.

After graduating from Our Lady of Peace in 2009, Grace attended Arizona State University’s Barrett, The Honors College, where she earned a B.S. in Marketing, magna cum laude. After interning at MTV World, she began her career in sports marketing with the Sun Devil Athletic Department. She was then recruited by the Kansas City Chiefs to lead social media, where her work helped drive record-setting engagement, audience growth, and revenue.

Grace later spent over five years at VML, one of the world's largest global creative ad agencies, rising to Social Strategy Director and working on brands including Wendy’s, Ford, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Chelsea Football Club. Across her career, she has built and led teams, launched global social strategies, and helped brands drive revenue and cultural impact across fast-moving digital spaces.

As a proud OLP alumna, Grace is passionate about mentoring young women, championing creative careers, and sharing how confidence, curiosity, and resilience can shape a path that’s anything but linear.
