Board-Certified Physician Assistant and Founder, Étoile Aesthetics SD

Michelle Coté, is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with over 19 years of specialized experience in medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Michelle is currently a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) candidate, focusing on Education, with an anticipated graduation in 2027.

Michelle has practiced in high-volume dermatology and aesthetic clinics nationwide and is highly skilled in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her clinical expertise includes acne management, pigmentary disorders, anti-aging treatments, laser and energy-based devices, and advanced injectable techniques. In addition to patient care, she serves as a consultant, speaker, and clinical trainer for injectables and energy-based technologies, underscoring her commitment to education and elevating standards within the aesthetic industry.

In 2022, Michelle opened Étoile Aesthetics SD, a patient-centered boutique medical spa focusing on natural outcomes. Michelle’s philosophy extends beyond the treatment room.
