Community Representative & Legislative Correspondent, Congresswoman Sara Jacobs

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Willow graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.A. in Philosophy. She initially joined Congresswoman Jacobs’ DC office in 2021 as a Panetta Institute of Public Policy Intern. In 2023, Willow returned to Rep. Jacobs’ district office as the Staff Assistant, covering the LGBTQ+ portfolio. After joining the team, Willow became a Community Representative as well as the Legislative Correspondent for the office. This consists of meeting with key stakeholders in the community and managing all constituent correspondence.
